Here are the steps I follow to get my energy aligned and allow manifestations to flow into my life effortlessly.

 

1. Clarify What Your Dream Is

Clarity is the first step, and don’t shy away if your dreams feel scary and impossible to achieve. Write it down, play with the possibilities for your future.

2. Get Excited About Your Dream

Soak in how good it feels to want it, don’t feel discouraged and upset it’s not happened yet, instead feel excited anticipation for this dream to one day manifest in your life.

3. Gather More Details About What You Want To Manifest

Write down all the details that have come to you so far, keep adding as more come to you. Sometimes we start with a vague intention but over time more details and clarity comes to us. Allow the feeling of increased clarity to feel good.

4. Clarify Why You Want It & How It Will Make You Feel

Write down why you want this manifestation and all the good feelings you imagine it will bring you.

5. Let Go From How, When & Where It Will Happen

These are the details for the universe to take care of, your only job is to focus on what it is you desire to manifest and why you want it.

6. Practice The Feeling of Having Received Your Manifestation

How would it feel to have your dream right now? Use your imagination. Would you feel proud, in love, grateful, blissful, luxurious, abundant etc. and then practice changing your emotional state. It’s key to be happy and satisfied before the manifestation arrives because that will draw it in faster.

7. Take Inspired Action

You don’t just sit back and do nothing, praying the universe will take care of it all. But you also aren’t going to force, push or hustle to make this manifestation happen. But when you are inspired to go do something that is a clear sign for you to take action, those steps you take will make your manifestation happen that much sooner.

8. Notice When Any Fears or Limiting Beliefs Arise

Notice when fears and doubts come up around your dream, write them all down to bring awareness to them. These fears and limiting beliefs live in our subconscious mind and affect our overall energy, so when they pop up its good because they need to be processed & released.

9. Feel & Release The Heavy Emotions That Arise

Maybe you feel fear, discouragement, or self doubt. It’s important to witness the emotion you are feeling, and truly feel it fully (even if it’s painful and uncomfortable) so it can be released and not stay suppressed in your body.

10. Notice Any Beliefs Around Feeling Unworthy of Your Manifestation

Once you pinpoint this feeling of unworthiness, take out a journal and dig to see what caused you to feel unworthy. Rewrite these beliefs to be positive and empowering. Also remind yourself you aren’t taking away anything from someone else by creating the life you desire.
